Professor and researcher in Graphic Design at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. Author of the books La profesión del diseñador gráfico en Tijuana (UABC, 2015) and Diseño de textos digitales interactivos (McGraw-Hill, 2022), and several academic articles on the aesthetics of the native cultures of Baja California, graphic design on the northern border, and the phenomena of digitalization  in graphic design.
Her passion for her native Tijuana is a theme that resonates throughout her research and projects on the city’s popular culture.
